Supporting Ukraine

In late March 2025, Bilateral Navigator’s angel investor, Mr. Yaakov Flitchkin, visited Ukraine to offer support amidst the ongoing hardships resulting from the Russian aggression initiated in 2022. He generously donated numerous Bilateral Navigator books to Timur Tkachenko, Head of Kyiv City Military Administration, and contributed to civilian safety initiatives while supporting Ukraine’s global outreach and raising awareness of the humanitarian crisis facing the country.

Through his numerous visits, continuing into 2026, Mr. Flitchkin has remained a steadfast supporter of Ukraine, sustaining his commitment to civilian safety, humanitarian relief, and the country’s international outreach.

On a recent visit, he had the honor of presenting our Bilateral Navigator Ukraine–Israel edition to senior leaders in Kyiv, including Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine; Iryna Mudra, Deputy Head of the Office responsible for legal affairs; and the Chief Rabbi of Ukraine. These engagements highlight the importance of strengthening bilateral ties between Ukraine and Israel, with the Bilateral Navigator serving as a practical tool to identify opportunities in trade, security, culture, and beyond.
