This remarkable gesture underlines the extraordinary success of the Bilateral Navigator project, which has now become an integral part of high-level ministerial diplomacy. In December 2024, Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković notably presented custom-made Bilateral Navigator reports as Croatia's official gifts to all 26 fellow EU Member States during the European Council meeting in Brussels. Prominent European leaders, including French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, were among those who received these innovative, data-driven diplomatic analyses, showcasing Croatia’s pioneering role in modern diplomacy.
